Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to buy with confidence. This policy explains refunds for each plan.

No subscriptions to cancel

All plans are one-time purchases. Nothing auto-renews and no card is stored, so there’s nothing to cancel — access simply ends when the plan period does.

7-Day Pass (₹199)

Because access to the full bank is granted immediately and the pass is short-lived, the 7-Day Pass is non-refundable once access has been used. If you bought it by mistake and haven’t opened any paid content, email us within 24 hours for a full refund.

Annual (₹2,499) & Founding Lifetime (₹6,999)

If DailyKnack isn’t for you, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you haven’t consumed a substantial portion of the paid bank. After 7 days these purchases are non-refundable.

How to request

Email support@dailyknack.in from your purchase email with your Razorpay payment id. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

Exceptions

We may decline refunds in cases of abuse, content scraping, or sharing. Promotional/founding pricing doesn’t change these terms.
