Welcome to DailyKnack (“DailyKnack”, “we”, “us”). By accessing dailyknack.in or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms.

What we provide

DailyKnack offers SDET/QA interview-preparation content: a free daily challenge and paid access to a curated question bank with worked solutions. Content is for educational purposes; we don’t guarantee any specific interview or employment outcome.

Plans & payment

Paid plans are one-time purchases processed by Razorpay. Nothing auto-renews and no card is stored for recurring billing. The 7-Day Pass grants access for 7 days; Annual grants 1 year; Founding Lifetime grants access for as long as the product operates. Prices are shown in INR; any USD figure is an approximation and you are charged the INR amount.

Your account & access

Access is tied to your device/browser and, where you opt in, your email. You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute paid content, and not to scrape, automate, or attempt to bypass access controls.

Content & intellectual property

All questions, explanations, code, and design are owned by DailyKnack and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial study only. You may not republish or build a competing product from our content.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend access for abuse.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms or the service. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date. Continued use means acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of New Delhi.
